ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - NJ office

Varcadipane & Pinnisi, P.C. is a boutique civil litigation firm that practices in New York and New Jersey in need of an associate attorney with litigation experience that is licensed in both New York and New Jersey to work out of the New Jersey office.


The Attorney's responsibilities will include:

· Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents;

· Attending court appearances;

· Arguing motions;

· Taking and defending depositions;

At least two to three years of litigation experience is required. While trial experience is preferable, candidates with substantive experience arguing motions and taking depositions will be seriously considered. Excellent communication and writing skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be offered a very competitive compensation package, including competitive salary and a generous benefits package with 401k plan and profit sharing as well as potential for significant year-end bonus. Employees are encouraged to generate new business to the firm and are rewarded through a generous profit sharing plan for new business they generate.
