Motorcycle Rider Receives $280,000 Settlement After Being Struck by Automobile

A collision between a motorcyclist and an automobile in Morris County, NJ, resulted in severe injuries to the motorcyclist. The car struck the motorcycle after failing to yield at a turn, consequently throwing the motorcyclist across the hood and 20 feet into the road. The motorcyclist suffered injuries to his back, legs, lungs, and genitals, and required knee and plastic surgery. A $280,000 pre-trial settlement was reached between the parties.
