Attorney Opening

We are a civil litigation firm that practices in New York and New Jersey. We handle a very selective caseload which includes complex commercial matters and catastrophic injury cases. We are in need of a professional and reliable Attorney/Lawyer, with litigation experience, to work out of the New Jersey office.

The Attorney’s/Lawyer’s responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
  • Court Conferences
  • Arguing motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Case management

Seeking a highly motivated Attorney/Lawyer with at least five (5) years of litigation experience who is looking for a unique opportunity to work with a team of vastly experienced trial attorneys on significant and complex litigation and trials. Trial experience is preferable but not required. Excellent writing skills are essential. Must be admitted in New York and New Jersey.

We offer a competitive compensation package including health insurance, profit sharing 401K and a generous bonus structure. For attorneys who generate business, earning potential is unlimited.
