Meet Emma M. Duffy

Emma Duffy is a Legal Assistant with the firm. As a legal assistant, Ms. Duffy provides legal and administrative support to our attorneys by maintaining the firm’s calendar, answering calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing various legal documents.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Duffy gained valuable experience as a legal intern at Kazmierczak Law. As a legal intern she answered calls, organized files, and assisted with daily administrative tasks. Prior to commencing her legal career, Ms. Duffy worked in the real estate industry as an intern at EXIT Realty East Coast. In this capacity, she collaborated with the Broker of Record to obtain OPRA requests from municipalities, file client documents, and assist in the organization of campaigns.

Ms. Duffy attended Monmouth University where she recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in legal studies. Throughout her college years, Emma balanced her academic commitments and stayed busy by working at Pink Moon Boutique as a clothing model and sales associate. She was also a student athlete and participated in Monmouth University’s girls’ club lacrosse team.
