Jeremy L. Yela
Jeremy L. Yela is a Paralegal with the Firm. Mr. Yela provides overall support to the Members and Associates of the Firm throughout each stage of litigation. He has several years of experience working in the legal industry, specifically with civil litigation matters in both New York and New Jersey. Moreover, Mr. Yela is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey and an active member of the Paralegal Association of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Yela served as a paralegal at a general practice law firm in northern New Jersey, where the firm’s main practice focused on representing large insurance companies such as GEICO and Progressive with insurance subrogation claims, along with handling personal injury matters. Before that, he gained his leadership experience while working as a supervisor in the operations department for Paramus Catholic High School.
Mr. Yela earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Systems and International Justice, with a Minor in Environmental Justice Studies from Montclair State University. While at Montclair State University, he also gained extensive experience and knowledge from an internship with the Paramus Police Department in their Operations/Traffic Bureau. In connection with his work, Mr. Yela was inducted into the Alpha Phi Sigma, National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
Mr. Yela was born in New York City and raised in Bergen County New Jersey. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family & loved ones.
